Winter fans can enjoy the first snow in the world famous Kitzbüheler ski region as well as in the SkiWelt, Austria's largest connecting ski region!

5 December 2011 approx. 5 - 7 pm.
Teufel and Perchtenlauf (an age-old tradition involving the running of fur covered beasts) at Pub 66.
St Nikolaus arrives on sleigh and gives out presents to all children.
Every year around the 5th of December in Tirol the „Perchten-Passen“ are about.
The beasts in their up to 100 kg fur suits and scarey masks – called „Larven“, impress with their spectacular show.
In Ellmau the traditional Teufel and Perchtenlauf takes place at Pub 66.
For food and drink and a mystischal show is catered for!
The team from Pub 66 is looking forward to seeing you there!

Free ski testing at Intersport Winkler
Intersport Winkler, directly at the Ellmau lift, invites you to a test skis free of charge, from 8:30 am onwards. Quality brands such as Atomic, Elan, Salomon and Fischer present their latest skis. Go and test them in Austria's largest connecting ski region!

The Christmas market in Ellmau is really worth a visit!
Christmas carols, a nativity play, lots of hot mulled wine stands, christmas trees and nativity sets for sale as well as beautiful gift ideas and delicacies. Also the traditional Tirolean yodellers are part of the scene.

Game animal feeding
Together we walk from the Ellmau Information Office to the manger at Wildschwendt.
Hunter „Johannes“ awaits us there with a „Jagatee“ and explains how game animal feeding functions. If we are lucky, we may be able to sight a wild animal.

The Ellmauer ski night is the highlight of the week: a show by the Ellmauer ski schools, showing off their skiing talent as well as providing fun and entertainment. Ski jumping and other surprises are part of the fun!
For pleasant temperatures visit the hot mulled wine and jagatee stands!
